Classic Blackjack
Classic Blackjack is the most commonly played version of the game. It follows traditional Blackjack Game Rules where the goal is to get a hand value as close to 21 as possible without exceeding it.
European Blackjack
In European Blackjack, the dealer is only dealt one card at the start of the game. This can affect the player’s strategy as they may not know the dealer’s potential hand value.
American Blackjack
American Blackjack is similar to Classic Blackjack, but with a few differences in rules. For example, the dealer is dealt two cards at the start, with one face-up and one face-down.
How to Play Blackjack
1. The game starts with each player and the dealer being dealt two cards. The player’s cards are dealt face-up, while the dealer has one card face-up and one card face-down.
2. Players must decide whether to hit (request another card) or stand (keep their current hand) based on their hand value and the dealer’s visible card.
3. The goal is to get a hand value as close to 21 as possible without going over. Face cards are worth 10 points, Aces can be worth 1 or 11 points, and numbered cards are worth their face value.
4. If a player’s hand exceeds 21, they bust and lose the game. If the player’s hand value is closer to 21 than the dealer’s, they win.
5. Players can also choose to double down (double their bet and receive one more card) or split (if they have a pair of cards with the same value).
6. The dealer must hit until their hand value is at least 17. Once the dealer’s hand reaches 17 or higher, they must stand.
7. The game continues until all players have either busted or decided to stand. The player with the hand closest to 21 without going over wins.
